1.1 These General Terms and Conditions govern the sales contracts stipulated between Quasizero and customers who purchase products sold on the «quasizero.design» website.
2.1 The presentation of products and the price indications on the site do not constitute legally binding offers but are non-binding invitations to place an order.
2.2 “Customer order” means the offer to purchase the products listed in your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by Quasizero.
2.3 Quasizero issues a written confirmation of acceptance of orders. The stipulation of a sales contract between On and the customer occurs upon receipt by the customer of the purchase confirmation.
2.4 Quasizero reserves the right, at any time, to refuse an order, to cancel or not to complete confirmed orders, without providing any reason and without any liability towards the customer or third parties. If the customer has already paid for the products, Quasizero will refund the full amount without interest and without further obligations towards the customer.
3 Prices and payment terms
3.1 The prices that the customer is required to pay are those in the currency indicated and in force at the time of acceptance of the order by Quasizero.
3.2 The prices indicated on the site include value added tax but exclude shipping costs (if applicable) and import duties (if applicable).
3.3 Quasizero reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offer or discount at any time.
3.4 Payments can be made by credit card, Stripe or Paypal.
4.1 The product will be produced and shipped in 4 working weeks from the payment notification.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the quantity, price, weight, packaging, destination and means of transport of the goods or order chosen.
4.2 No responsibility can be attributed to the supplier for delayed or failed delivery attributable to causes of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
4.3 Delivery times vary depending on the destination area, starting from a minimum of 3/5 working days from the time of shipment.
4.4 If upon delivery the customer notices that the products ordered have been damaged during transport, he/she must immediately inform the courier who delivered the order and contact by writing an email to info@quasizero.design.
5 Acceptance of the terms of sale
5.1All contracts are concluded directly through customer access (both businesses and individuals) to the website quasizero.design
At this point, the customer may complete the purchase contract for the desired product by carefully following the instructions and procedures provided on the site.
These general terms of sale must be reviewed online by the customer before completing the purchase process. Therefore, the submission of the order confirmation implies full knowledge and total acceptance of these terms.
5.2 By electronically submitting the purchase order confirmation, the customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with the general and payment terms set forth below in their dealings with quasizero.design. The customer declares to have read and accepted all the instructions provided, pursuant to the above-mentioned legal provisions, and also acknowledges that quasizero.design is not bound by any different conditions unless previously agreed upon in writing.
6.1 The customer has the right to cancel a contract for any reason and return to Quasizero any products already received, provided that he communicates this in writing to Quasizero within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.
6.2 To communicate to Quasizero a return request and start the return procedure, the customer must write directly to info@quasizero.design, stating the reason and attaching the order invoice.
6.3 The products must be returned to Quasizero in their original conditions, i.e. clean, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
6.4 Once the customer has communicated to On his intention to cancel the contract and return the products in accordance with what is specified in Section 6.3, any amounts charged by Quasizero will be refunded within thirty (30) calendar days from when the product reaches the Quasizero warehouse.
