Also this year we had the pleasure of taking part in NABA’s Workshop week running our workshop in Bioyarn.

This workshop takes the question WHEN BIOMATERIALS BECOME TEXTILE as a starting point to explore bio-based materials at the intersection of design and science. Participants discovered what these materials are, where they come from, and how to use them. By creating yarns with bio-based resources, each participant experimented with knitting and weaving techniques, trigging questions to preparate them to collaborate in groups to transform bio-yarn and biofilm into small crafted accessories.
